Lovejoys Coloring Contest Rules

1. Contest runs September 19 through October 10. All entries must be returned to Lovejoys by October 10 to be eligible.

2. Coloring sheets can be picked up in store at Lovejoys on Main.

3. One entry per child.

4. Entries will be judged in three age groups:


    4 & under


    5–7


    8–11

5. Kids are encouraged to get creative! Crayons, markers, colored pencils and other kid friendly art supplies are welcome. Feel free to add your own details and personality to the picture.

6. Artwork should be completed by the child. A little help from a grown up is okay for our youngest artists, but we want their creativity to shine!

7. Please include the child’s first name, age and a parent or guardian’s phone number on the back of the entry. Contact information will only be used to notify winners and will not be displayed.

8. One winner will be selected from each age group. Winners will be announced October 13 and a parent or guardian will be contacted.

9. Winning artwork will be displayed at Lovejoys with the child’s first name.

10. By submitting an entry, a parent or guardian gives Lovejoys permission to display the artwork and child’s first name in store. 

If you plan to post the winning artwork/names on social media too, I’d specifically add permission for that here.

Artwork will be judged based on creativity, originality and overall effort.
